Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product Nature

Because our invitations are instant digital products unlocked immediately upon payment (₹199), standard physical product returns do not apply.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed under the following exceptional conditions:

• Duplicate payments processed due to a technical payment gateway issue.
• Critical system bug rendering your invitation inaccessible that our technical team fails to resolve within 48 hours.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team at support@makeyourinvitation.com with your payment ID and invitation link. Verified refund requests will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
